Hello! I'm Kirstie
a neurodiversity coach with a background in speech-language pathology and behavior support. Early in my career, I kept seeing the same painful pattern: behaviors being judged and "managed" long before anyone asked why they were happening.
That disconnect pushed me to dig deeper. I earned a certificate in behavior analysis, trained in the Self-Reg framework developed by Dr. Stuart Shanker, and became a Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) practitioner.
But more than any credential, it’s my own neurodivergence that shapes how I work—with curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for how complex regulation and communication can be.
Now, I help neurodivergent folks, parents, and educators move beyond behavior plans to something more meaningful: connection, co-regulation, and sustainable support.

Hi! I'm Eleanor
a neurodiversity coach, communication specialist, and someone who’s been passionate about language and connection for as long as I can remember.
My background is in speech-language pathology with a focus on augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and I’ve spent much of my career supporting people with complex communication needs. From early on, I was drawn to the power of presuming competence—that every person, regardless of how they communicate, has the capacity to think, learn, and connect.
That belief has guided my work and led me to train in practices that center autonomy, respect, and relationship. I’m proud to be a trainer and board member of the Wellspring Guild, where I support those who work with individuals who type or spell to communicate.
Today, I work with neurodivergent individuals, families, and teams to build communication systems that truly reflect the person behind them — and to create environments where those systems can thrive.
